		<description>It's a pity most Filipinos still can't afford to spend on their pets to provide adequate veterinary care.

The dog in the picture is obviously suffering from a chronic skin disorder, more likely caused by skin parasites (and/or neglect).

Some pet owners would think that it's enough to feed them and give them shelter. We should also make sure that we're giving them the quality of life they deserve as part of the family.</description>
