Even if those scabs were just "makeup," just one look at how thin the dog is, you'll know that the dog is being mistreated. Dogs don't get that thin unless they're starved. I pity that Snopes writer's dog (if he or she even has one), when its owner doesn't even know if a dog that thin isn't being mistreated. "Well-fed?" That gallery director's got to be kidding. Or he just really needs his eyes checked. The poor dog makes my healthy dogs look overly obese! That Snopes writer probably has eye problems.
